3. Nationality
4. Age category
5. Phone number
6. Short biography (optional)
7. Repertory
8. Links YouTube or BiliBili (for contestants from China)
9. Proof of age and ID
10. Artistic photo
11. Proof of payment of the application fee (can be screenshot or Bank receipt)

The application fees are:

Category A: 40 euros
Category B: 45 euros
Category C: 50 euros
Category D: 60 euros
Category E: 70 euros
